PROJECT 5 : SENSE OF PLACE : NEIGHBOURHOOD & COMMUNITY

All man-made structures must be designed to suit the people, climate and site where it is located. A house for instance, should be designed not only with its occupants’ needs in mind, but must also consider its surrounding environment and the larger community.

In project 5, there were 6 neighbourhood areas in the list. This project was done by group of 5. My group was choose Sunwau Bukit Gambier,Penang because its near the USM. We need to make a self-visit (in group) to the chosen area to observe and gather relevant information about the components or elements of the neighbourhood area.

This is the plan of the Sunway Bukit Gambier..very big oooo...its hard for us to scale it because too big.. :(

For project 5a, we need to draw the Key Plan, the Location Plan and the Layout Plan. While for Project 5b, we should propose some suggestions to improve the physical and non-physical conditions of the neighbourhood area by presenting it graphically

AND FINALLY  COMPLETED!!~Alhamdulillah...
